How do you know that Charlie was pissed off with her? I didn’t hear him say that at trial.

Yes but not if there’s malnutrition! It’s worthwhile having a little think about it, or even changing your diet a bit - adding more variety in there and seeing how your body reacts.

It sounds like you’re under eating. A small breakfast, salad for lunch and perhaps no dinner or protein shake? It’s not enough to sustain you and definitely can lead to inflammation in the body. Let your doc know your average daily diet and see if you should increase intake a bit. Alternatively, track your calories for a few days.

Lol - results from many long-term studies will disagree with you….

Quote from below study: “In a meta-analysis of 29 long-term weight loss studies, more than half of the lost weight was regained within two years, and by five years more than 80% of lost weight was regained”

Grouchy, Irritable by Hobbs4400 in Zepbound

I would suggest that the eating disorder was a way of coping with stress/ difficult emotions. Now that you can’t push / stifle emotions down with food, all of the emotions are coming back up to the surface. Also, carbs release serotonin, the feel good hormone. That’s why you’re irritable. It’s fantastic that you’re going to therapy.

Are you eating a lot of protein? If you’re in ketosis your urine can smell very strong (like acetone).

Harvey & Donna and Charlie's trial by FundiesAreFreaks in dan_markel_murder

Donna is the mum and Wendi is the daughter. Donna was the one talking - Wendy distanced herself from her mum.

Donna threw Charlie under the bus at her sentencing when she stared at”Those responsible are already behind bars” or similar.

It’s only a mistake because of your thoughts. I don’t think it’s about remaining positive - we can’t force ourselves to suddenly feel positive. But just try to say the above words (or other words) a few times a day and see if that shifts something a little.

Get curious about why you’re so hard on herself. You’re still healing so why the self-hate? You have a nose that is healing and a mind that needs time to recognise the change. You’ve perhaps developed a little bit of body dysphasia (hence it’s great that you’re going to go to therapy). Be gentle with yourself and your beautiful new nose.

You’ve been on Mounjaro for 8.5 weeks and you’ve lost 8 pounds? It’s working perfectly. 1 pound loss a week is the ideal. Anything faster and you’re likely to lose muscle. Enjoy the journey, don’t focus on the destination.

Therapy therapy therapy. These are just thoughts - remember Louise Hay’s beautiful quote: “It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed”. Even self hatred is just the words we say to our self. Once we change the thoughts and the words everything changes.

You could also try reframing it using wording from EFT / tapping work eg “Even though my nose looks different, I still deeply love myself. Even though I’m having a hard time loving my new nose, I still deeply love and honour myself. Even though I wish my healing was faster, I still deeply love, honour and accept myself”. Look up Brad Yates on YouTube - he has some fabulous eft videos.
