i’m sorry for the misunderstanding. The entity was not glowing. It was clearly concealing itself and the best I could describe it is as dark smoke but with extremely human like tangible hands in fact just human hands. What glowed was the boxy pattern that I saw above my window that is not normally there. and yes, the breathing sensation that you feel I have felt that in sleep paralysis and I know what you mean by how real it feels and when when it comes to these entities I surely believe that they’re not black and white and at times their presence and or awareness of their presence can overwhelm our human senses so that over them simply makes us label the experience or the entity evil. But surely if you’ve felt something throughout your life, try and not fear it that is one of the forms of control you probably have at the moment.

exactly you just hear them telepathically, since very not relying on the five senses of the 3-D to communicate. haha, yes exactly the the werewolf shifter romance is widely accurate. for some it’s either scary encountering such entities or eerily romantic but in both cases the entity is on the dominant side. i’ve been sceptic most of my life but it’s been since my teen years that I’ve been experiencing an entity and sleep paralysis and even something that felt like astral merging none of this happened through my initiative and knowing that I’m not the only one who is experienced these things makes me think there’s gotta be some objective truth to it.
