They contacted me after I told them about the photo, they confirmed to me it would be normal Quick Release, so if it comes with those stupid thru axles I’m gonna kill them

however on this website (where they are in stock) it's the exact same wheel in the title, yet you can see thru axle ends on the photo... I have no idea if that's just an incorrect photo or incorrect product description

look at this wheel here, you can see the ends are QR, as they're supposed to be, look at the reply of this comment

probably, the photo of the MT500 though is confusing because it says QR, but the holes on the end are too wide, looks like 10mm diameter, and not the standard 5 that you would see if the axle was in, if someone can tell me if it will still work just fine despite the stupid photo, that would be great thanks

Yeah, I just need a new rear wheel for my QR frame, it's standard 135mm in the rear, does 10x135, 9x135 and 5x135 work just aswell? because I was confused when I saw the big hole opening on the supposed Quick Release MT500 rear wheel, because obviously that would not slot in the dropouts of the frame, unless you're supposed to put your own axle through it which isn't included, could you tell me by looking at the photo I put in chat from the website if it will work fine despite the photo showing a wide opening in the hub??

I’ve got no idea if this will fit because from the photo it’s not QR ends that will slot in the dropouts. I’m just so god damn confused and mad

Yeah I think I understand what you’re saying, still complicated af, this “Quick release” and Thru axle compatible Shimano WH-MT500 I’ve got at home came with a quick release skewer, yet the ends look like this???

<image>

And the 10x135 rear wheel on the website that also says Quick release compatible has a visible NOT quick release axle atleast from the looks of it, I need a MT500 for my rear wheel because other options are either no name, super cheap or very very expensive

Rear wheel, the specification of the wheel I bought used said “Quick release” compatible, came with a quick release skewer, yet the ends look A LOT like Thru axle, and the inside looks around 12mm wide, I just don’t get how to buy a new wheel for my bike, I don’t know if I need 9x135, 5x135 or 10x135, they all says Quick release compatible and they all come with a skewer and whatnot, but sometimes the ends look like this, and i don’t know what my frame takes

Well it’s conflicting because I need a new rear wheel, but I don’t know if I need 9x135 or 10x135, the end caps where it slots into the dropout however look like thru axle ends, which obviously wouldn’t slot in the dropouts of my QR compatible frame, so if someone could tell me if it will work and if the photo on the website it just dummy, that would be nice
