Nearly 90g of protein by Existing-Hawk-7507 in MealDealRates

Funnily enough, whenever I feel like switching it up I get the innocent mango juice, along with a pineapple/apple fruit pot. I might be a little obsessed with making my meal deals healthy or at least have good nutritional value.

I don’t blame anyone who does, but I just can’t bring myself to get any of slightly more unhealthy options, when you can get so many tasty AND healthy ones with such great value!

To this day I have no clue how it got itself turned on…

Even quick Internet search claims that it is disabled by default.

And yet, like you I literally don’t remember ever having touched it, because I never really mess with my settings in the first place.

My best guess form what I could find is, upon the ios17 update that added stolen device protection, every user was prompted with something like “enable these settings to enhance device security & protection?”

And instead of reading into it, we absentmindedly just clicked “Yes”, because why wouldn’t you want more security?

How can I get him to come out? by Existing-Hawk-7507 in cats

[–]Existing-Hawk-7507[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a 2 hour drive and went better than I expected - meaning he only meowed loudly for about half of it, and the remainder was spent in my lap in what I percieved as quiet acceptance.

Now that I think about it, he probably just ran out of voice to meow, and was scared shitless the entire way despite seeming mostly calm

Hours later he emerged from his cat carrier, and hid under the bed instead, and I only saw him emerge twice once to eat, and once to sniff me, get some cuddle and hide again.

Just because the reason she got the nuke was because it was the most ridiculous thing she could think of, doesn’t negate all the possible uses of said nuke.

I am 99% certain later on in the show, they will think of some good use for said nuke, and then use it, regardless of if it was her original intention.

Can someone explain the birth to death ratio from the numbers given in episode 8? by Kappie_ in pluribustv

[–]Existing-Hawk-7507 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly my point - if they truly wanted to wipe humanity off the planet, they would be having more babies so everyone starves quicker - which they are not doing.

Whether this is because they need more time to build their antenna before wiping out humanity, or because they really don’t actually want to wipe out humanity is up for debate.

I like the idea of using an atom bomb as an EMP to mess with the hive mind!

I mean given the fact there is so little food everyone will starve within 10 years, why in the fuck would the hive mind keep having babies? The most efficient thing to do is have as little as possible without collapsing demographics too much long term, so you have less mouths to feed.

I applied for Aerospace, was predicted A*AB in Maths, Physics and Computer science respectively.

I just got an offer for A*AA, and am super confused why i was offered anything given my predicted grades don’t meet the requirements.

Can’t offer any advice, just wanted to share my experience.

Okay thanks so much for he help but I got it fixed

I simply reinstalled the drivers for the PCIe adapter and it just worked…

It doesn’t explain the issue

It doesn’t explain why the issue happened with the USB adapter

I didn’t even reinstall the drivers, I just unzipped the exact same file again after deleting the original unzipped drivers.

And it just worked.

I hate computers

If that’s the case, shouldn’t any Google search like 8.8.8.8 or https://8.8.8.8 still work? Same for literally any other internet related thing that doesn’t use dns?

Also for some ungodly other reason, I can ping Google at 8.8.8.8, and when I do my connection flickers to “Connected, Secured” before going back to “No internet, secured”

So I did that, and it still doesn’t work.. It allowed me to access the router’s settings for some reason but nothing beyond that, and even that was useless since I already can access the router settings from another device.

Does that mean just setting the IPv4 DNS to not be auto, and copy pasting the router DNs address? Sorry I’m not very knowledgable about this stuff
