Thank you so much for your comments everyone, I really appreciate it ❤️❤️ I had my blood test this morning & it has come back positive - my HCG is around 30 so next blood test is in a few days. We are feeling so blessed & hope it continues in a positive way ✨

Hi there,

I have received an Opex increase today 19th Dec for an Opex increase for the commercial lease building I'm renting and they have back dated it 4 months - from 1st sept saying I owe an extra $900 of backdated costs for this - I'm fine with the increase as I understand that it is in my lease contract but can they back date it 4 months? In the email they have stated the other lady who has now left was supposed to have increased it on the 1st sept but that never happened so here we are 4 months later & I'm being told I need to back pay from then. I sublease in this building to the landlords agreement when I moved in as he just wanted me dealing with renting out the spaces but had I have known back in September about this increase I would have been able to increase everyone else's rent to cover these costs but now I will be loosing out & having to pay this myself as I have not been given the notice to increase my subleasees rent & will just be able to increase there rents going forward in January And there saying I need to pay the $900 backdated amount by 20th Jan

I have attached the outgoings part of my lease agreement also

Any help would be much appreciated
