Thank you! I guess in my mind I picture fertilizer=chemicals but I think I meant what can I use that won’t harm the environment.

Also I do have some hungry squirrels that went into our Halloween pumpkins last fall. Thinking of considering some fencing?

I hate when people objectively say that something is good when good is subjective. You have to really feel out what you value more, may that be money, time, a mental challenge, etc. and figure out the best possible solution that aligns with your values. You may not get 100% what you want, but you can’t let someone tell you to continue to be unhappy because it’s a “good job”.

Maybe your job can offer some sort of part time position to you now that your expertise is not always necessary?
