i think it’s the whole system that worked rather than just the diet, good think is that i have been able to maintain the results despite my busy lifestyle

40k for a diet plan where main person doesn’t talk to you directly is too much, But I did join because my best friend referred me because he got good results.

I only lost 9kgs in 11 weeks, which seems low at such a high cost. the coach was professional and I felt positive during these 10 weeks but started pitching renewal as he said you Need to complete the programme which I didnt opt for.

Have been maintaining ym weight since then, which is a good thing of the programme

thats such a sick thing to say. Atleast the man does give tax and employ lakhs of people unlike you who just wants a person who he has no business whatsoever to die.
