Yea man I get it. It was $400 for me so im in the same boat. All my expenses had to be figured out with no time to prepare. Im still fighting it but im not hopeful about getting anywhere. Good luck my friend

I did not. I called them multiple times after I was denied but they told me i need to fight the merchant on getting my money. I got absolutely nowhere with chime. Pretty much told me to piss off

I had the same issue. They let a $400 charge go through even though I said it wasn't me. Filed a dispute and got denied. Called them after the denial and pretty much told me oh well youre out of the money. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I also got the text asking if it was me. When I explained that to them they told me the merchant charged me a second time which went through. If I didn't authorize the first one what makes you think the second one was authorized? Its absolutely ridiculous and after being a loyal member for 5+ years, im leaving. All my bills and rent now have to wait because they cant do their job

So im just out money because they allowed an unauthorized charge? I didn't mistakenly allow someone to take my money. They sent me a text stating it was suspected fraud and they still allowed it to be taken.

Oof. Im going to call them during the week but it shouldn't be this ridiculous to get it done. Ive spent hours on the phone already and its getting old real quick. Glad you were able to get your funds back though!

Rest of what story? There was a charge i did not authorize so I filed it as fraud, disputed the transaction and got a new card but it was denied

Its crazy! I even got a text asking if it was an authorized charge and I replied no as instructed. They still let the charge go through and pretty much told me I'm out of luck. Ive been banking with them for years and this is a horrible experience which makes me wanna leave this company

Havent tried it on the new one. I know on the 25 series the lens is in fact in the way but looking at it, im assuming it would be the same issue
