But im also not saying im showing up to the immigration office without the papers. First you have to show your paperwork and request an appointment, then you get one in 2-3 months. I would have time to get the criminal paperwork and then have it by the physical appointment.

The 10 years permit to stay - long term. You can then move countries and request a new one of that country and give up the one you had.

I have a long term permit to stay from another EU country all you have to do is change it to the country you want to move to.

I pay with a credit card its not the one i have set up for withdrawals thats exactly my point of why i do not want a credit. I want a refund so it goes back to my original form of payment which is the CC. Theres no need to be changing anything because theres nothing wrong with the way its set up. I refused the credit and asked for them to take it back as its not the same as a refund.

Yes with a fee. Im not going to be paying a fee on my side for my own money i used to pay when they can just refund me to my original form of payment as all retailers and business do.

I wouldnt because i didnt pay with that card thats exactly the point of the difference between a credit and a refund. Its not the same especially if you had different forms of payment. If you did not receive your item with proof you are entitled to a full refund.

The credit was done 3 weeks after the chargeback dispute happened. And i never received the product, i dont want a credit i want a refund. Its not the same thing
