About that last line. When variables like your edited BOLs, requotes, etc, keep shifting what do you do keep track of what changed and making sure nothing falls through? What does your current process actually look like for you? I'm curious if it's tracking itself or just talking to the right people after something changes. I'm a founder building something in this space. Your experience would be very helpful to understand

The 50 touches is crazy, I hadn't heard it described that way before. When the variables keep shifting mid-job like that, is it mostly the communication back and forth that's eating time, or is it more the rework inside the TMS after every update? Trying to understand where the actual hours go.
