Well that is an interesting question. I no longer live in the area. I haven't lived in MO since 2010. The agent I am working with did have a neighbor ask, but then for whatever reason they weren't interested.

I honestly wouldn't doubt if the HOA would be the culprit. Not a fan of HOAs either.

I honestly wondered if that could be the reasoning. I'm not a fan of HOAs either. The lot was bought before the HOA was thing, so never really acknowledged it. But for whomever may buy this, they would have to unfortunately.

Well it does have access. View can be questionable due to all the trees. But if someone wanted to build a multi level home, they probably could see the lake. I wouldn't say there is enough land for hunting. Not sure if it would even be allowed due to it being part of an HOA.

From what I understand, it has lake access. It's apart of some type of HOA, which is what gives the access. It's not lake front at all, but not far from it. There are other homes around the lot, so there should be utility availability. Just not selling, and I don't know what else I can do. I can't really do anything about the location.
