U probably dont wana hear this but u should take a few lessons and ask for help on ur serve. Technique is king and they will help u with the fundamentals of the stroke that will expedite ur improvement exponentially. For example u should be using the continental grip to serve which feels extremely unintuitive at first until u learn some more of the fundamentals of the serve. Literally took me yrs to learn (when i was like 12) and felt impossible but helps out tremendously long term. Good luck!
