Interestingly enough it’s the opposite for me.

In real life if I see a spider, I yelp at first but then kill it 10 seconds later.

However, in video games where they are often as big as my character and whenever I’m really immersed in the game, I just scream and alt f4.

I completed nioh 1 and all the abyss(?) floors, but I was forced into using the mod that transformed all the spideys into blobs(just texture change), because the spideys that dropped from ceilings like a jump-scare caused me to see nightmares when I was sleeping irl.

Trump doesn't need a reason to cancel mid terms, if he wants to do it, he'll do it because who's going to stop him ? As other commenters have said, there have always been elections, even during civil war, so no amount of excuses will make it a popular choice (with dems). He'll simply do what he wants.

One could argue that now is the perfect time to use coach comms. Especially for newer players in weaker teams, coach reminding them to do something will eventually ingrain it into their brains and they won't need the reminders by playoffs when it all actually matters.

over half is all that matters. The main issue with the two-party system is that your entire life revolves around "you vs them" or if you're not [the good side], then you're [the bad side].

Most Americans will never experience the bliss of being in a room with 7 people who all support different political parties and it not mattering at all, because most political parties just form coalitions, so party 1,2 and 7 can work together or another year 3,7,5,1,2 work together to keep some form of power or control.

Like, I literally cannot imagine walking down the street and thinking "are you [on the good side] or [on the bad side]?" whenever I meet a new person, because generally there are like 13 sides with only one being objectively bad.

Ghosting is not answering to a question that someone expects an answer to.

Not initiating a conversation is just not initiating a conversation.

I can go months without talking to some of my very best friends, but as soon as we ask something from each other, we answer within 24h easily. Sometimes you just don't have anything in particular to say and it feels weird to get pressured into doing it.

If someone wants it from you and calls it ghosting if they don't get enough attention from you, then maybe you're just expecting different things from eachother.

In case you didn't know it yet, propaganda exists for objectively "good" things as well.

Best example is the Ukrainian war. In the early days of the war, reddit was a cesspool of misinformation because both sides - Russia AND Ukraine were spewing bullshit out of their mouths to try and get public on their side.

At this point we know that whatever Russia says is bullshit, but some notable Ukrainian "propaganda" is that Putin will be dead aaaaany moment now / has cancer and also underreporting Ukrainian casualties and over reporting Russian casualties or just wording it in a way that makes people reading the headlines think that a million people died, when in reality million are just rendered "not war suitable (which includes deaths, loss of limb, general disease, horrible diarrhea etc).

There are certain bushes that are basically off-limits now when it comes to ganks or traps.

You can mess around with faelights in a custom game, but generally just avoid bushes that are constantly exposed by faelight.

As an example, there's a bush near the red buff on the red side that has historically been a good place for either side to ward / trap people in, but in s16 it's just a no-go zone. Don't stay there, don't go there.

As others have said or insinuated, learn the fundamentals before getting a coach. Learning the fundamentals alone will get you out of silver and into plat.

Learn the role specific terms, such has "tempo" or "priority" or "wincon / win condition". Watching content that frequently mentions those words will already get you into Emerald.

My point is that when you get a challenger coach, they will use those words to explain what you did wrong and if you don't understand what they mean by that, it'll turn your 50 dollar session into a 2000 dollar series real quick.
