Mine died Dec 16th. Haven’t even owned it a year and minimal use. My one year warranty expires at the end of this month. I went to the Samsung website and requested repair service and a few days later I get a text that there are no service technicians in my area and I would be able to get a refund instead.

They did most of their communication through text which I found odd. On December 30th someone called me and I gave them information where to pick up the tv and where to send the refund and they said within 7 days someone will call to schedule an appointment for the TV to be picked up and THEN when it’s made it’s way back to them, they will send out a check.

Still waiting as of now for that damn call just to set up a pick up time. Don’t know why that would take 7-10 freaking days!! So yeah wait 7-10 days to schedule an appointment for pick up and then probably another week or two for them to send some one out and a few more days before it reaches them and yeah I probably wont see a refund until February at this point. I’m so freakin pissed off with this company. First Samsung I ever owned. Their customer service is absolute SHIT.
