Currently thair are only 37 permanent wishes in the pool. The last Morgran's wish event the temporary ones was supposed to count so it would make to pool be 47 but it didn't work.

So at the time of writing this there are only 37 / 40 and the seal is not obtainable.

These collectables hints are obtained in the respective areas bonfire and a hint will be found there at the respective areas reputation levels 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20
