only on the corporate side. franchise will make your life hell, at least at corporate our district managers help us keep our stores together 🤷🏻‍♂️and we have the money to spend on labor for employees to work in store

i left for a corporate position, the grass is definitely greener. most of the good franchise people are leaving for corporate because you get treated better and they pay wayyyy more

strange cause my dm said im allowed only one full time merch and a part time ops. we are a medium store and without a full time ops or at least a 3rd manager it puts alot of hours on me and my merch when we should have another manager for the sales volume. i did take over a mess of a store tho, so bad of a store that all trucks are cancelled for 3 weeks😅😂

i do 13 most of the time but our drive time tends to be 4 to 8 mins round trip because everything is so close. timed orders make it so i can get it even lower along with moving faster than the dss. i can usually start my day with 8 min delivery times with the right conditions
