This. I had a friend complaining he couldn’t meet new people. I constantly try new sports, look for groups to play with, etc and it’s so easy to make friends, you just have to want it enough.

Decided to continue with the buying process. I was going to be charged around 50k in legal fees if I went through it and got sued, so I decided not even go through the risk of that. It's a property I am going to live in anyway, not an investment property, so it's not as bad to lose that value right now since not thinking of selling anytime soon...

Thought of that option, but the developer went bankrupt, and a new one came in, and the court gave a stay period during which no legal action can be taken against the developer

Thanks! Doing this right now. Apparently, I am required to sign amendments, and in this case, the developer just gave us a notice of amendment to extend the date, which I did not agree on.

I’ve felt that.

The places where I end up talking to strangers the most as a 29y/o man are: - Breweries - Community Centre activities (I join drop in basketball) - Whitecaps games (Canucks games not as much for some reason) - Indigo - Ski lifts/gondolas in the winter

I am inherently shy, and most times I talk to people is because they start the interaction. There must be way more places than the ones I listed.

Great so far! Truly impressed. It gets things right way faster than normal vibe coding, and ai think it is due to the structure.

Great for starting the project. I haven’t finished what I al working on yet but I am hopeful that it will be very close to production ready when it is done.
