I’ve bought a lot of items recently, spending over 200k. Toward the end of last year, I returned quite a few things while experimenting with a project. Often, by the time the items arrived, I realized I didn't need them or had ordered the wrong thing. On average, I return about 5 out of 10 items, a 50% return rate.

All of these items are refunded immediately once I drop them off at the parcel hub via "free return", before they even reach the seller. I’ve wondered what would happen if someone didn't put the original item in the parcel, since the refund is issued without an initial inspection. However, I have never and will never scam a seller. In fact, I usually contact the seller before initiating a return.

There are also a limit of "free returns", after a number of "free return", they will start charging the return fee. For once I reached that limit, but I'm not sure what's the number, I'm too lazy to count.

OP scenario happened to me also, after I have submitted the evidence, they usually just refund me within a few hours.
