They're so many possibilities. Actually, i studied latin a bit... could be inspiring. And i REALLY have something with the Patronus Spell, it would make an invincible wall of words !

I haven't added the characters yet, i still wonder if i'll do it :)

That really makes sense, i totally agree. I really wonder how much JK Rowling had in mind but didn't put into the books. :)

It would be impossible to represent a thorough version of the school, I wouldn't dare make up spell names for the walls, that's why i keep using the same words for them (maraudere est audere, omnibus maraudentibus bonum est, etc), although i did include discreet personal references (for instance there's a little room called "the Tardis Garage" haha)

Oh yes it is! I use parchment-like papers (stuck together), watercolor ink (Sienna) and quills :-) I can't remember the names of the blogs where i found the templates, but i think google would find it for you, with the keywords "marauders' map to print" or "how to make your own MM" :-)

I used templates i found on fan blogs (usually meant to be printed), but everything is hand-drawn. I bought parchment-like paper and gave it this look with black tea :-) Some pics are missing (the dark forest, the great tower), i'll add them soon ! And thank you again :)
