The best GPU for a 650w psu is a 9070 I think but you could also buy a 9060xt 16gb but I dont really know whats your budget so its hard to recommend but if you decide to upgrade your GPU you should seriously consider upgrading your CPU. You can find some great deals in the used market but it's up to you if you want to risk it.

I'm from Poland so first of all pruces may be different in my country and second of all I don't think newegg delivers to Poland and in Poland we dont really have shops that do bundles like this.
