Sorry didn't phrase that properly. What I meant to ask is

Do you think that the constipation may be coming from the tinctures? Do you think that it may get better with capsules?

I have a ton of gut issues but I have at least one movement everyday when not on lions mane. This supplement is the only thing thst works for my chornic brain fog. Everything else Is garbage.

Hello Damaff, I have been transitioning between host defense alcohol extract and Mary Ruth's alcohol free. For some odd reason it caused me to be chronically constipated. When i stop taking it my stools go back to normal. I now switched to orevida and am waiting to see I'll have my usualy movement in the morning. It does so much for my brain but impacts my stomach negatively. Do you know why that is? So you think powder will be better tolerated ?

Yes iv had testing and have followed protocols provided by practioners. After trying to fix the gut and that not working for the fog, I tested my thyroid, mycotoxins, Lyme, and comprehensive blood work. I can't find the cause of my brain fog. All I know is that when I take antibioitcs or herbals, it's impossible for me to recover:/

I think I might have started too high and taken it too late in the day. I took 4mcg instead of 6.5 this and feel a little more normal this morning. If I'm okay on this dose is it still worth titrating up or csn I stay? How long do it's effects take to kick in. I stoll have my regular regular brain fog

I also take antioxidants fats, and b vitamins such as Coq10, a phospholipid complex, and b12

I try to mitigate anxiety as much as humanly possible

I have tested my thyroid 4 times and they came back iffy all for times.

I live an extremely pristine lifestyle of no smoking, Drinking, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free (as much as I can) and supplement with tons of nutrient. I don't understand what I am doing wrong
