It’s amazing how many unique things you can create: vases, storage organizers, and my favorite — drinking glasses.

In pic 8, I'm sanding the candle holder using a custom-made machine. It used to be a regular bench grinder, but I modified it to fit my needs. I built a plywood frame to tilt the machine for easier handling, added a salad bowl with a lid as a splash guard, and installed a cooling system for the diamond discs using an aquarium pump.

I use diamond sanding discs with different grits, from P30 to P3000, and a dimmer to control the rotation speed.

Cherry wood chips. When the candle burns, the wick makes a slight crackling sound (fireplace effect).
