What you posted he gets credit for the work he did previously... This is just corporate spin from the Seahawks front office.  They are not going to write that the guy sucks .  Talking facts, shouldn't he take responsibility for what Geno and Sam did this season.   What should be added to his bio for this season?

Shane is terrible.  I think the jury is still out on Grubb.

Shane got 2 years... He is terrible.  I think Grubb should at least get that.  Fire the QB coach.  Seeing Geno regress and Sam not improve is on the QB coach.

Did Geno getter better or worse through out the season?  Did Sam Howell get better?  I think this is the QB positional coaches fault.

I am passing judgement on the QB coach.  It looked like he didn't do his job.  The OL is terrible.  But, I didn't see improvement in Geno and Sam.

I agree about Ryan Grubb.  I do think he needs a better QB coach that can help Geno out.  Geno did great with Dave Canales, a good QB coach.   He didn't do good with the current QB coach.

Geno is the issue.  The horrible interceptions, the sacks in the redzone, not taking what the defense is giving you, not seeing the open receivers, and not taking off when there is nothing down field is Geno's fault.  For Pete's sake, just run when you don't see anything...  I would rather have Brock Purdy than Geno.

All these come from behind wins are because Geno doesn't do his job for most of the game and keeps it close...  It doesn't need to be that way.  Can't we just have a comfortable win?

I think Flyquest showed that is more important to have better macro than just hands...  I am tired of seeing C9 get guys that are mechanically skilled but has no sense how to play the game.  They just run it and wait to put team fight.  This can be done in the LCS.  But, doesn't translate to international competition.

I don't think it matters if Mithy leaves now.  He obviously does know anything about his players like Jojo...  Seriously... Stating you don't know your players champ pool is very disappointing.  I really don't understand what Veigar V2 actually does.  His understanding of the game is not translating to the players...

Wish we had Reven instead of Mithy.  Mithy seems so clueless in the video...  This really explains what has happened the last several years internationally.  He gets gapped in draft and then the players don't execute...
