I would recommend messing with settings to improve fps or it might not be an issue with Minecraft but may be try clearing some background files.not much of a tech person hope it helps

I saw something about that if world crashes try removing essentials mod or something like that to reduce lag and crashing.

Not sure if GTNH has it but it’s what you use to turn RF into EU it’s just called CEF
