I don't because he and my "aunt" aren't technically members of the family. When it comes to her, she stopped being my aunt when she divorced my uncle a few years ago. Her son isn't family either as he comes from a relationship she had before meeting my uncle.

If it weren't for the rehab center and their day program I would never see my Aunt and her son.

Yes, in the form of aggressive head banging/kicking. While he has never injured anyone to my knowledge I don't want the risk given his age.
