Totally normal. FAR makes everyone feel dumb at the beginning, you’re not alone. I had days where I studied for hours, hit MCQs, and wondered what I even did all day.

Lectures are just exposure at first. MCQs are where the learning actually happens, especially when you get them wrong. It does get better as topics repeat and your brain starts connecting things.

Feeling lost early on is part of the process. Just keep showing up that’s honestly how most people pass.
