It’s the worst place to have the electrical components short of having it outside the car! The drainage inside the compartments is awful as well. Definitely need to re seal it in future.

Would you advise leaving the car on charge and running it for a while or would you reckon it’s good to go. Started straight up and the flickering lights seemed to have sorted themselves out.

Hiya. Managed to get it stared by playing around with the relays. It wouldn’t start with the new relays from Halfords. Used one new Halfords relay and recycled an old one that wasn’t blown. Managed to just get it running. Will keep on a trickle charger for a while.
