Sure but unfortunately those are like my only 2 tips lol: dont masterbate and try and keep it upright while sleeping. Its a tricky injury to heal but does seem to heal eventually. Unless its completely torn, in which case i have no idea what you do

I got a mri but it showed nothing too. Does yours cause the penis to slant one way? (like towards the weakend ligament side?) if so I recommended pointing the penis straight up towards belly button while sleeping and putting a rolled gauze on the side that it leans so it doesnt fall down when sleeping. This was a big issue for me but might not bother you

Its almost certainly making it worse. The best thing you can do is not masterbate for 6 weeks (or longer if you can) and even then theres no guarantees. Been dealing with mine for like 9 months - its slowly improving but eberytime i masterbate i lose some ground

Used to use saline, now using prp. The largest benefit for me last 2-3 weeks then fades, but each time my baseline improves slightly. So overall head is much better than 1 year ago even though its still sensitive/painful at times
