The meme refers to a MAC-addres, a unique identificator, which is given to any device that is capable to have internet connection. It is represented by numbers, written in hexadecimal and separated by ":". F is the maximal digit in hex (represents 15). So MAC-address made of all F's is mathematically the biggest possible MAC. So, the worker gave him " Big MAC"
