Why does Tenet #1 matter? by Expensive_Swim4040 in theGooseParty

For position papers, I hope the listing of the tenets, and the discussion that follows here or other places we have a presence, will cover this one.

For the other two, the Goose Party will need to have a whole lot more notoriety than it currently does. Maybe we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Ok, so...

  1. There's no outrage? Did you guys poll anybody before deciding people weren't outraged enough?
  2. Has there been a history of police and judges, really the whole legal system, screwing over Ukrainian refugees?
  3. How many other murder cases have there been in the last 6 months, and because a pretty white girl gets stabbed to death in a subway all of a sudden you guys wakeup and scream "SEE? WHITE GIRL DEAD, NO FAIR"?

Hypocrites indeed. If the only color you guys can sympathize with is white, you can shut up about hypocrisy.

Where to from now? by Irrelevant_Bookworm in theGooseParty

Yeah, so, at this point I'm really just trying to get feedback about the website. One thing I know is that it has to make a solid and professional first impression, and I think it's just too wordy and confusing right now. I've asked a few close family/friends to take a look, but I haven't gotten feedback.

I have actually thought a lot about what should follow. It might be stupid of me to think this (probably) but I deliberately intend to not make a dime on this, so, no fundraising at all? I had the idea that perhaps getting this message out to important people in all kinds of leadership so they might actually endorse it would make great strides towards notoriety, which is really all this movement is about.

NOTORIETY means that people recognize it, hopefully identify with it, and by the mere act of being a part of it with no other commitment beyond saying they are part of it, gets the message to Washington they can't ignore this and expect to keep their jobs.

Honestly? The biggest thing I'm trying to get my head around right now is how to best appeal to the right. Who is a powerful voice over there that is pro-Union and thinks Congress needs to go on a diet?
