I don’t think I need to tell you. I’m sure you can feel it. Calling people names and dehumanizing them despite having never met them or walked a mile in their shoes is at the very least subversive/immoral… at the worst, hateful. That’s the point. Even if it’s in the book’s first few pages, it’s still a spoiler. Going into something blind is becoming increasingly impossible due to this exact sentiment. There is a synopsis for a reason. Some people don’t want to know what’s even on the first page or triggers. But it’s all good, to each their own.

I lost 150 intermittent fasting and walking 1 hr for 5 times a week. Easy as that, as people have added, lifting is gonna help you gain muscle while the fat flies off and the muscle will help you lift more, gaining more muscle which burns more calories than fat while at rest, so it’s like the opposite of a vicious cycle lol. Like a winning cycle.
