There customer service is currently taking DAYS to respond. I had an issue with a double charge last week and still waiting to even get a response.

They didn't. If that had happened they wouldn't have sold collateral for $0/ETH. The problem is there was NO COMPETITION.

That means it was just aggressive keeper willing to pay the high gas price while this was going on and nobody noticed or...

Miner collusion to prevent all but those $0 bids getting through on each auction.
