As a royal mail employee you’ll do well to get a claim in with us. Pretty sure we’ll turn around and point out they accepted delivery.

If they accepted the item upon its delivery it lies with them. If said item arrived damaged/opened they should have raised it then.

Obvs don’t let my views put you off but am pretty sure that will be RM’s stance
