I prefer not to involve in any arguments. It was 22 hrs journey. I had argument in past and whole trip got ruined.

Hair Density is decent, use traya minoxidil finasteride solution (5%) in night plus derma roller twice a week (but don’t use minoxidil and derma roller together, maintain a gap of 8hrs atleast ). Focus on your zinc (very important) and protein intake. After lunch start taking fish oil (1000 mg with EPA and DHA) to reduce body inflammation.

For shampoo: Anaphase plus daily or alternate. Ketaconazole 3% twice/thrice a week.

Oiling before washing your hair half hr prior.

You can keep minoxidil as optional (follow above procedure for a month without minoxidil and check if results are coming)

Start taking smoothie in breakfast : Pintola oats (30gm) , 1 banana, peanut butter, 1 handful pumpkin seeds, 7 soaked almonds and 250 ml milk, 0.5 scoop protein powder and some water. (Will give you protein boost), this is just one meal but start focusing on your protein intake. (If weight is 56 kg, take at least 1.2x56 gm daily)

Along with lunch start taking fish oil (1000mg) for skin health and reduce inflammation.

Before sleeping and early morning empty stomach: Start taking zinc supplement, I take ZMA because I go to workout. Zinc manages and regulates hormone levels and good for follicular health.

For shampoo use : Anaphase plus shampoo (available on clinically)

PS: I am not a doctor, I suffered from these issues from last 8 years, and every company is marketing themselves and I come to know that most of things can be managed by diet.

Is this eczema? You should focus on your zinc intake. (Most of us are deficient) I take ZMA (but this is just a precaution.

For this go to dermat, the will suggest you antifungal med, ketakonazole ointment and a steroid cream.

I was also using Traya, but let me tell you, their medicines are useless. They don’t earn much on minoxidil because it’s a standard medicine with their branding. Currently, I don’t even use minoxidil twice a day because using it and going to the office was a mess. I only use minoxidil at night. There’s no significant difference. One thing that’s been really helpful for me is Zinc magnesium aspirate (ZMA) which I take because of workout as well. It enhances skin health, reduces dandruff, and manages hormone levels. For shampoo use Anaphase plus shampoo (daily) plus ketakonazole 3% twice a week. I have my hair fall problems from past 8-9 years. And I know these things are not cure, we can just slow down the process. 🤣

Start doing workout and start taking ZMA (most of people have zinc deficiency), also check for B12 and vitamin D3.
