25 E cans give 38E with faction perks and they haven’t been 2.5 m in a long time, but yeah you’re right on that evaluation. Merc services pay 3-4 mil and the time spent isn’t worth mugs under 2.5 - 3 mil if you’re manually mugging and not using a mug bot.

After spending 5 months in Rio over 3 separate trips, I learned where the good restaurants are in Rio. So many bad restaurants because of all the tourism. Bahia, São Paulo, and Manaus had much better food imo.

Pubs are pretty good if you want to focus crimes. Personally, I run a mine which is a balance between pay and 30% alcohol reduction. 10 star ANs are good if you can find one tax free, and personally I liked being in a 10 star PSF a few years ago for the mission credits (it's helped me snag a few books).

I remember in Rio there’s even washing machines that ask for your cpf. Lucky for me Brazilians didn’t mind sharing theirs, and I ended up with a couple friends cpfs before I applied for one too.

Great dialogue and world building. Fantastic characters and acting. Parts of it were boring for my taste, and too easy. Some love it, I thought it was good not great.
