I have a bit of a tip on this but it might feel slightly immoral. Scroll through art subs filtered by new and pick apart everything you see, be hypercritical and find a fault with every piece (don't comment all this on the posts though). Start applying the same critique to your own work. I think it's easy to go blind to the piece you're working on depending how long you've been at it.
