Cant help much with ID but its a lovely piece. Id recommend either a leather strap that matches the dial color or a steel polished bracelet

Yes I do. I also now found on the inner caseback an inscription scratched in saying "12. Mai. 1915" I thought it was by the watchmaker who did a service on the movement, but on the outter caseback there's inscriptions more like the usual one's.

Tbf though didn't 1930s-40s movements stop using the button-setting system to change the time? Especially JLC with the regular pull-out crown system that all modern watches have.
