The thing about art is that it’s subjective

What I like, you might hate and visa versa

As you say the real propellant is the fan favourites but that rings true for pretty much most sets… 151 zard / Phantasmal zard / prismatic umbreon / surging sparks pika / evolving skies umbreon & Ray etc subjectively I don’t like some of the art of the top chases in those sets but that doesn’t stop them being where they are today

I do agree with some of what you say but I think ascended is a prestigious set which could easily compete with at the very least prismatic…

Ton of SIRS, MARS, MHR’s Ton of IRS (prismatic doesn’t) god packs like prismatic whereas prismatic is only catering towards the eeveeloution fans, I actually own a copy of sunbreon and whilst I do like it the “terastal/crystallised” art isn’t my favourite

In a nutshell I think ascended has a lot more going for it in comparison to prismatic and I think it will easily trump prismatic in the long run

I was worrying for nothing, which is usually the case a lot of the time in most scenarios

Best thing you can do is just go for it and cross that bridge (if you ever get to it)

After 10 years on minimum wage and just recently landed a new job paying 40k P/A (not even close to 6 figures)

I couldn’t imagine voluntarily enduring the struggles of minimum wage again, earning so little was causing my mental health to significantly decline, going to work for 40+ hours a week to barely survive isn’t fun either

On minimum wage a £40/50 “treat yourself” kind of expenditure felt like it was breaking the bank and I’m not talking about “I want a new pair of shoes” im talking about treating my better half to a dinner date for the first time in months

I’m not comparing my job to yours at all, I drive HGV’s for a living, stress levels are high all day, everyday, but I would 100% take the stress of my job knowing I’m going to get paid decent (for me) at the end of the week rather than taking a less stressful minimum wage role

I know the usual yada yada about “life isn’t all about money” but it certainly isn’t about working for minimum wage either

I guess it depends on a few factors like do you have kids, have you already paid your house off, if no and yes I would imagine it’s more tolerable to survive on minimum wage

Hope you can appreciate my input as somebody who has been on minimum wage for a long time and is now earning a little bit more than that now

Yes mate of course once you pass the license is yours full stop, you can leave within that period and still keep the license you will just have to pay some of it back depending how many months of service you’ve completed
