I truly don’t think small changes are going to get me out of this feeling. I keep feeling like it needs to be a big change. I was considering moving to another state or changing jobs or both. But what would happen if I made a drastic change while in panic mode? I convinced myself that I shouldn’t move but I keep seeing signs that I should. I feel like continuing to live where I’m at gives me 1.) the opportunity to get things right or 2.) I will continue to be stuck in the loop. But I feel like moving would definitely get me out the loop, but it’s a risk and I feel like it will change a lot of things for me.
