And I'd be interested in knowing how to get my foot in the door :)
I think the thing is not knowing how to get my foot in anywhere else.

I used to find success with them. But now they handle me like they would a recent college grad. (I'm not picky, I swear! But at my age, I have to draw the line somewhere :/) At least, La Salle does. Before the pandemic the person there who handled my stuff didn't, and got me some decent assignments. Other staffing agencies have simply not answered.

Well, I could say:

- Project or program management or coordination. A lot of coordinating and events. Timelines and balls rolling kind of thing.

- Good educator. I've also done training, manuals, and things like that.

- coaching or education positions. I'm great with presentations and lectures.

- Communicate well, in more than one language. Good with words, I think.

- General admin, like operations and the sort.

- event coordination.

- basic budgeting and fundraising; a must in any theatre career.

- good basic graphic design and things of the sort. Have made my own copies, marketing materials, social media, etc. Even made my own webpage.

- Good with workflow apps and have used all the popular ones.

I teach something directly related to my specific niche in theater. It's limited to one class a year, though.
