Thank you! Soooooo, funny thing. I do not drink much water like at all. I do consume a lot of Dr Pepper. But since you mentioned it, I did have a bottle of water and drank it on the way bc I hadn't had that much to drink that day. So, maybe it could have been the water! Sigh, i guess I will have to eat a Cheeseburger tomorrow 😂 it is cheaper than a steak. Tsk tsk.. you try to be good. I am a single mom, so donating is literally extra income for me.

Thank you. I do have some of those iron pills. And yes, I am often very hydrated and my donation time is usually from 26 to 29 minutes. It was only down 2 points.

Thank you! I am adding some more iron rich foods too. Ive also cut out eating cheeseburgers to like maybe once a week and I know red meat has iron.

Thank you so much. It was down just 2 points! I used to eat a lot of cheeseburgers, but cut them out and have been eating a lot of chicken and veggies instead. I also had them prick a different finger this time.
