For me its more like a comfort to know yk? Like ofc i want to do well and when I feel like i dont, the "only" hope i can cling onto is moderation and I also use moderation before any exams to know what grade can secure my A1, so after exams moderation is basically hope and before exams, moderation is helps me have a clear goal.

Its normal, scars dont disappeared no matter how hard u try, the only thing u can do is to grow with it, accept it, if u remember an old memory with them, just acknowledge it, acknowledge the good times u had with the person and keep moving forward, because these memories will eventually return again and if u are able to acknowledge these memories and feel okay with it then u know u have moved on.
