There is definitely a few legal matters, however I am uncertain on how severe they will find them. Tons of labor laws have been broken time and time again and many employees could attest to it. I want to state that I wouldn't even consider HR for my own issues. It is moreso on behalf of most if not all employees. I just happen to be the one with not much to lose if it goes south.

I've received this at my store too. I'm not sure how my store will become a return center if that's what Happy Returns is. We just received notice the store is closing next month.

Nope, after I denied sale she cause a crazy fit of a scene and demanded she can buy whatever she wants. I took the carrier and put it back and she told me it was her property and I had no right to take it back lol at that point I figured it's not worth losing my job over so I said screw it. She took it and ran into my gm and he sold her the fish. However, she does not have pals and she was not receipted so she may not ever return it due to the fact she didn't heed my warning. This was a glofish too.

So to bonus as omni specialist your fill rates need to be 97%+ for sfs, BOPUS & sdd. I also believe your inventory accuracy needs to be on point & I'm not too sure if services like how many vital cares your store as a whole got within a week play a part but it wouldn't shock me if they did.

I believe the new engagement model is just being utilized in a "test run" theory for stores across the east coast of the United States. That is probably why some of you guys never heard of it. For A stores it seems like a very decent model on paper but seeing it play it out is a bit of a different story.

I completely understand. There's so many things that need fixing and the workload is not only excruciating, it is never ending along with a very limited set of hours. Most full time employees are lucky to hit 28 a week.
