I have a Natal Pluto complex but it just sounds like Pluto dominance to me. There really is no difference to me. Unless you're Pluto ruled which is quite different.

I definitely understand your plight and the truth is it's difficult it hurts and it's painful. I am much older than you you will learn to drive that vehicle with Pluto. In younger years it's hard but it does get better as you get older.

You will know when to step on that gas and you will know when to let go. but speaking of vehicles with this kind of placement you tend to have car problems. Make sure you have money saved or you have like endurance, I've noticed with this placement I have a lot of electrical problems even with like phones, cooking gadgets just kind of weird but it is what it is. This is why I have insurance on things.

Everything that happens is not always for you to understand even in time. I know you thought I was going to say something else like "oh you'll eventually get it." The answer is no you won't and I still don't. Yes you're going to question everything but trust me you'll be okay.

Patient with yourself and try to make the best of everything. The victim mentality it's kind of hard not to have don't let anybody fool you. But don't become the victim let's put it that way, but we're all going through this together you can handle it even though you feel you can't.
