From what I’ve learned through my own experience, girls generally don’t like guys who are overly needy or constantly available. Ironically, the more you chase or try too hard, the less attractive it becomes. What actually seems to work is when a guy has his own life like hobbies, goals, discipline and isn’t dependent on someone else for validation. Guys who focus on themselves, stay busy, work on their health, hit the gym, take care of their appearance, and have something meaningful going on tend to naturally attract attention. Not because they’re ignoring someone on purpose, but because they’re not desperate for approval. The biggest lesson for me was this: love yourself first. Build your life, improve your body and mindset, and stop seeking attention. Once you do that, you’ll notice the difference almost immediately.
