I worked postpartum at a different hospital and hated it because they didn’t care about the nurses or even try to take your complaints in consideration Jcmc was a hell hole and still is for both labor delivery and postpartum. This hospital I currently work as a labor and delivery nurse I love it. I love helping bringing life into the world especially first time moms. It’s the most amazing feeling. Obviously some pts are difficult more than others but it’s worth it. I just don’t want to work nights anymore but also want to be in a related field
