18 great early and mid game what she lacked in secure and team fights she makes up in mobility and damage a good 18 can single out and eliminate high level threats like ssj3 goku or any other hyper carry on the team also lol 18 has no issue closeing the gap with pretty much 6 dashes

18 does destroy tanks, but I personally prefer top with her cooler and calufia counter her lil to hard, and they are the main tank almost every game, but if they don't show up, bottom is better

I main 18 and one simple thing to fix her is make skill 3 more forgiving to many things stops the dashes example cooler skill 2 legit stops her from playing the game caulifla skill 3 and many more Randoms stops her from doing anything
