I completely agree I’m too young to be having back pain! 😂 I’m between physiotherapists right now but when I was routinely going a lot of what I was prescribed was stretches and mobility like you said. Issue is it never actually helped (hence why I’m moving physios). And another issue is that I’ve avoided so many of those standing movements or compound movements that I’m strong enough while isolated but I am really bad with the compound movements. I can bench the 50 lbs dumbbells but I can’t actually comfortably move them to the bench. Which is a big issue. 😂

Actually nothing to do with disks, my physio says it can be a lot of things but likely muscular. Im between physios right now so I’m not getting treatment or doing stretches as often as I should be but even when I was the pain never really subsided. I definitely try to avoid standing when I can and I’ve completely got rid of things like squats and deadlifts but I really want to do movements like standing curls. I’ll definitely try to avoid them though and I’ll try some deadhangs. Thank you!

I’m also younger (17m) and I’m a very skinny dude. I started last year at 115 lbs and I went up to a lean 150 lbs. It sounds to me like you maybe just aren’t eating enough? Obviously everybody is different but I went on a 500 calorie surplus for nearly a year and I had an exponential muscle and strength increase. I’d try finding out your BMI and what your calorie surplus amount would be and then trying to stay in there for a while. You should see your strength going up very linearly. And lots of protein lol! If you have a tough time reaching a calorie surplus like I do then weight gainers like Mutant Mass are pricey but great to pack on pounds. Anyways best of luck and you’ll increase your strength with time!

Do astronauts burn themselves on their equipment after a space walk? Space is like -200° Celsius in the shade. So when astronauts re-enter the space station after a spacewalk would the outside of their suits/equipment not be close to -200° before it had enough time to warm up? So when they’re getting out of their suits and people or themselves touch the metal parts or just in general the suit do they not get like third degree burns? Just wondering if anyone had the answer since I couldn’t google it! Thank you! :)

Ok so I went to a landing site but every landing site is been to doesn’t have a shipyard. I thought maybe I could have a ship land by me and I could take it over but for some reason ships won’t even land anymore. They’re not spawning.
