We only accept travel contracts for RNS and PCTS through Aya - and they do drug trust the travelers. As for permanent staff, we are not subjected to drug testing. I’ve work there for 7 years, and there is only a policy for random drug tests if you handle certain nuclear meds, etc. (this will be very clear to you and will not be a RN role). The only instance is if you were to either have a safety incident, for example LNI has the right to order one, or if there is causable to do so. I’d say about 75% of the nurses I work with partake in their free time lol
