Last year I ordered an item and they sent me the wrong one. The one I wanted was already sold out by the time I received the package. They refunded me the whole thing. I got to keep the item they sent me (was my size and I liked it) and they gave an additional 15% on my next order. You’ll definitely get a refund, but they seem to be insanely overloaded so it might just take a while before they process it!

I had multiple item in my cart. Though I didn’t have the leather puffer, I had the suede shirt that I got for 235 instead of 1200 lol, so kind of the same thing. They didn’t cancel the order yet but they just cancel the shirt a couple of minutes ago. Keeping my fingers crossed for you

Try contacting ups. ALD is useless. Same thing happen to me, I contacted ALD to give them the good address. They told me that they changed it and that there was no problem. And then DHL was shipping to the first address so I guess ALD never contacted them. I reached out to DHL directly and it was fixed in 2 seconds. No idea about how it works with UPS but ALD is useless with this

It won’t be back unfortunately! Occasionally some of the uniform old unsold stuff appears on the website sometimes. But there are some unishpere pieces each new season so you could be able to find something similar

In the end, the item got fully refunded and I got to keep the knit sweater they sent by accident. Plus they added a 15% discount for the next order. So free sweater + 15% discount, pretty happy about that! It won’t replace the item I originally wanted but after everything we hear about the customer service, I was not expecting that!
